cording to police and Floyd County Jail records, the following people were arrested recently by local authorities and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs:

Jose Guadalupe Aguillera, 29, of 9 Drexel Dr. in Rome, was arrested very early Saturday morning by the Rome Police Department and charged with DUI, open container, failure to report an accident, duty upon striking an unattended vehicle and improper lane change. He remained in jail Saturday morning.

Stephen James Brewer Jr., 34, of 1010 Oakland Ave. in Rome, was arrested Friday afternoon by the Rome Police Department and charged with DUI and driving on roadways laned for traffic. He was booked and released from jail by Saturday morning.

Kevin Lee Hamm, 43, of 120 Hennon Dr., Lot 11, in Rome, was arrested late Friday night by the Floyd County Police Department and charged with DUI, no license, expired tag and speeding (59 mph in a 40 mph zone). He was booked and released from jail by Saturday morning.

Joel Emmett Lehr, 40, of 5 Pentail Ct. in Rome, was arrested very early Saturday morning by the Rome Police Department and charged with DUI and failure to maintain lane. He was booked and released from jail by Saturday morning.

Luis Antonio Ramos-Pacheo, 23, of 110 Amelia Lane in Rome, was arrested Friday evening by the Rome Police Department and charged with DUI. He was booked and released from jail by Saturday morning.

Charles Bryan Spann, 54, of 33 Ash St. in Rome, was arrested very early Saturday morning by the Rome Police Department and charged with DUI, open container and driving on roadways laned for traffic, along with a probation hold. He remained in jail Saturday morning.
