Arrest Report: Saturday, Nov. 7

According to police and Floyd County Jail records, the following people were arrested recently by local authorities and charged with at least one felony crime:

Kristy Lyn Bradley, 25, of 240-B Huffacker Rd. in Rome, was arrested Friday afternoon by the Rome-Floyd Metro Drug Task Force and charged with felony possession of methamphetamine and felony possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute. She remained in jail Saturday morning.

Lawrence Lawson Carroll, 34, of 9 Griffin St. in Rome, was arrested Friday afternoon by the Floyd County Sheriff’s Office and charged with felony theft by taking and a felony probation violation. He remained in jail Saturday morning.

Margaret Marcia Dyer, 46, of 3205 Maple Rd. in Lindale, was arrested Friday by the Rome Probation Office and charged with a felony probation violation. She remained in jail Saturday morning.

Tracy Lanette Fluker, 37, of 411 Robert L. Parks Blvd. in Cedartown, was arrested Friday morning by the Rome Probation Office and charged with a felony probation violation. She remained in jail Saturday morning.

James Gregory Hampton, 44, of 899 Euharlee Ave. in Kingston, was arrested Friday afternoon by the Rome-Floyd Metro Drug Task Force and charged with felony possession of methamphetamine. He remained in jail Saturday morning.

Ricardo Debrun Hill, 18, of 407-A Leafmore Rd. in Rome, was arrested Friday afternoon by the Rome Police Department and charged with felony forgery in the first degree. He remained in jail Saturday morning.

Brandon Garner McDaniel, 24, of 15 Fannin St. in Cave Spring, was arrested Friday morning by the Rome Probation Office and charged with a felony probation violation. He remained in jail Saturday morning.

Zachery Shane Pointer, 17, of 2009 Hull Ave. in Rome, was arrested Saturday by the Rome Police Department and charged with felony aggravated assault and one misdemeanor count each of battery, disorderly conduct and obstruction or hindering law enforcement officers. Pointer allegedly spit on the victim and punched him in the chest. He also threw a claw hammer, striking the victim in the arm. He remained in jail Saturday morning.

Lorenzo Renald Simon-Mendez, 37, of P.O. Box 5056 in Rome, was arrested Friday morning by the Floyd County Sheriff’s Office on felony failure to attend on charges of theft by taking and burglary and misdemeanor failure to attend on charges of DUI, speeding and driving while not licensed. He remained in jail Saturday morning.

Alfred Franklin Trapp, 49, of 4442 Old Summerville Rd. in Armuchee, was arrested at noon on Friday by the Rome Probation Office and charged with a felony probation violation. He remained in jail Saturday morning.

Bernard Carrode Williams, 47, of 550 Burnett Ferry Rd. in Rome, was arrested Friday by the Rome-Floyd Metro Drug Task Force and charged with felony possession of methamphetamine and felony possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, along with a probation hold. He remained in jail Saturday morning.
