Arrest Report: Sunday, Nov. 8

According to police and Floyd County Jail records, the following people were arrested recently by local authorities and charged with at least one felony crime:

Colin Drew Dunn, 43, of 1630 Burnett Ferry Rd. in Rome, was arrested very early Sunday morning by the Rome Police Department and charged with felony habitual violator – felony with vehicle and one misdemeanor charge each of DUI, open container and driving while license is suspended or revoked. He remained in jail Sunday morning.

Steven Gregory Jenkins, 55, of 477 Gains Rd. in Rome, was arrested Saturday afternoon by the Floyd County Police Department and charged with felony aggravated assault and one misdemeanor count each of reckless driving and carrying a concealed weapon. He remained in jail Sunday morning.

James Wesley Rhoden III, 25, of 1 Norwood St. in Rome, was arrested very early Sunday morning and charged with felony terroristic threats and acts. He remained in jail Sunday morning.

Harriett Ann Turner, 46, of 124 Sheridan Dr. in Rome, was arrested Sunday morning by the Floyd County Sheriff’s Office and charged with a felony probation violation. She remained in jail Sunday morning.
