Other Arrests: Tuesday, Nov. 10

According to police and Floyd County Jail records, the following people were arrested recently by local authorities. All should be consider innocent until proven otherwise. Listed are those booked into Floyd County Jail. (These arrests exclude felonious arrested individuals still incarcerated and DUI-related arrest. Those can be found in Rome Newswire’s other two daily arrest reports.):

Horace Booker III, 37, of 8 Glenda Dr. in Rome, was arrested at 7:10 p.m. Monday evening by the Floyd County Sheriff’s Office and charged with five misdemeanor counts of child support. He remained in jail Tuesday morning.

Dennis Arthur Bradshaw, 58, of 6 Green Acre Rd. in Rome, was arrested at 4:20 p.m. Monday afternoon by the Rome Police Department and charged with theft by shoplifting. He was booked and released from jail by Tuesday morning.

Michael Floyd Edwards, 55, of 7 Fir St. in Rome, was arrested at 10:30 a.m. Monday morning by the Floyd County Sheriff’s Office on a court order to serve 30 days. He remained in jail Tuesday morning.

Ashley Lee Hendrix, 28, of 20 Park St. in Cave Spring, was arrested at 1 a.m. Tuesday morning by the Floyd County Police Department and charged with misdemeanor counts of simple battery, third degree cruelty to children and obstructing a person making a 911 call along with a probation violation. He remained in jail Tuesday morning.

Joseph Avery Holliday, 29, of 1105 Avenue A in Rome, was arrested at 4:25 p.m. Monday afternoon by the Floyd County Sheriff’s Office and charged with a penalty for failure to appear in court and driving while license is suspended. He was booked and released from jail by Tuesday morning.

Robert Henry Kelley, 54, of 190 Hennon Dr. in Rome, was arrested at 9:20 a.m. Monday morning by the Rome Police Department and charged with running a red light, driving on a suspended license and drugs to be kept in original container. He was booked and released from jail by Tuesday morning.

Ronald Cheyenne Kelley, 32, of 525 West 13th St., Apt. 301, in Rome, was arrested at 9 a.m. Monday morning by the Floyd County Sheriff’s Office on a court order to serve five years. He remained in jail Tuesday morning.

Joshua Michael Mendez, 29, of 11 Friar Tuck St. in Rome, was arrested at 9 a.m. Monday morning by the Floyd County Sheriff’s Office on a hold for bond. He was booked and released from jail by Tuesday morning.

Patricia Marie Oakes, 36, of 28 Pinecrest Dr. in Rome, was arrested at 10:35 a.m. Monday morning by the Rome Police Department and charged with theft by shoplifting. She was booked and released from jail by Tuesday morning.

Brittany Nicole Osborne, 20, of 903 Burnett Ferry Rd. in Rome, was arrested at 11:30 a.m. Monday morning by the Floyd County Police Department and charged with driving while license is suspended. She was booked and released from jail by Tuesday morning.

Jonathan Edward Owens, 28, of 135 Woody Terry Rd. in Seneca, South Carolina, was arrested at 10:15 p.m. Monday night by the Floyd County Police Department and charged with public drunkenness. He was booked and released from jail by Tuesday morning.
