According to police and Floyd County Jail records, the following people were arrested recently by local authorities. All should be consider innocent until proven otherwise. Listed are those booked into Floyd County Jail. (These arrests may exclude felonious arrested individuals still incarcerated and DUI-related arrests. Those can be found in Rome Newswire’s other two Daily Arrest Reports.):

Kenneth Jamal Lamont Anthony, 23, of 103 East 11th St., Apt. A, in Rome, was arrested Sunday at 5:25 p.m. by the Rome Police Department and charged with failure to yield to an emergency vehicle and surrender of license required. He was booked and released from jail by Monday morning.

Joel Gonzalez Cintron, 24, of 4961-B Rockmart Rd. in Silver Creek, was arrested Sunday at 6:31 p.m. by the Floyd County Police Department and charged with driving while unlicensed. He was booked and released from jail by Monday morning.

Ann Marie Foster, 21, of 6345 Hickory Hills Rd. in Cumming, was arrested Saturday at 11:40 p.m. by the Rome Police Department and charged with a probation violation. She was booked and released from jail by Monday morning.

Dalton Lee Godfrey, 18, of 49 Canard Rd. in Rome, was arrested Friday night at 10:15 p.m. by the Rome Police Department and served with two misdemeanor city bench warrants for failure to appear in court for driving without a license and failure to appear in court for driving with invalid registration. He remained in jail Monday morning.

Dana Melissa Haney, 26, of 303 Wax Rd. SE in Silver Creek, was arrested Sunday at 2:15 a.m. by the Rome Police Department and charged with misdemeanor battery. She remained in jail Monday morning.

Fred Allen Hauser, 47,of 250 Pinson Rd. in Rome, was arrested Sunday at 5:20 p.m. by the Floyd County Police Department and charged with DUI, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and expired tag. He was booked and released from jail by Monday morning.

Matthew Lee Holbrooks, 26, of 167 Brown Rd. in Rockmart, was arrested Sunday at 2:30 a.m. by the Rome Police Department and charged with requiring or permitting unlawful acts. He was booked and released from jail by Monday morning.

Cynthia Holmes, 50, of Rt. 6, Box 80, in Cedartown, was arrested Sunday at 12:20 a.m. by the Rome Police Department and charged with one misdemeanor count each of simple battery and obstruction or hindering law enforcement officers. She remained in jail Monday morning.

Carlos Enrique Marroquin-Barri, 20, of 35 Wilma Dr. in Rome, was arrested Sunday at 7 p.m. by the Rome Police Department and charged with driving with no license and running a stop sign. He was booked and released from jail by Monday morning.

Byron Raschad Moore, 28, of 1012 N. 2nd Ave. in Rome, was arrested Sunday at 2:10 a.m. and charged with no license and headlights. He was booked and released from jail by Monday morning.

Michael Kim Morgan, 46, of 34 Marvin Crowe Rd. in Rome, was arrested Sunday at 2:25 p.m. by the Floyd County Sheriff’s Office and charged with a child support violation. He remained in jail Monday morning.

Preston Michael Morrison, 28, of 501 Farrar Dr. in Summerville, was arrested Sunday at 2:25 a.m. by the Rome Police Department and charged with DUI. He was booked and released from jail by Monday morning.

Randy Scott Nichols, 44, of 2481 Floyd Springs Rd. in Rome, was arrested Sunday at 6:15 p.m. by the Rome Police Department and charged with criminal trespass. He was booked and released from jail by Monday morning.

Sean Paul Noe, 18, of 411 Padlock Mountain Rd. in Cave Spring, was arrested Sunday at 6:10 p.m. by the Floyd County Police Department and charged with one misdemeanor count each of simple battery and cruelty to children. He remained in jail Monday morning.

Amanda Leigh Smith, 21, of 530 N. Division St. in Rome, was arrested Sunday at 8:02 p.m. by the Rome Police Department and charged with misdemeanor battery. She remained in jail Monday morning.

Dustin Grant Strickland, 23, of 312 East 7th St., Apt. 1, in Rome, was arrested Sunday at 11:20 p.m. by the Rome Police Department and charged with one misdemeanor count each of obstruction or hindering law enforcement officers, simple battery and public drunkenness, along with a probation violation. He remained in jail Monday morning.

Elmer Vicente Vicente, 23, of 13 Riverdale Circle in Canton, was arrested early Monday at 2:24 a.m. by the Floyd County Police Department and charged with misdemeanor DUI. He remained in jail Monday morning. 

Austin Douglas Williams, 77, of 18 McCord Dr. in Rome, was arrested Sunday at 2:14 a.m. by the Rome Police Department and charged with DUI, failure to maintain lane and open container. He was booked and released from jail by Monday morning.
