DUI Report: Tuesday, Feb. 9, 2010

According to police and Floyd County Jail records, the following people were arrested recently by local authorities and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs:

Michael Anthony Fryar, 26, of 3 Poplar St. in Rome, was arrested Monday at 10:19 p.m. by the Floyd County Police Department and charged with one felony count each of criminal attempt to manufacture methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of pseudoephedrine and one misdemeanor count each of DUI, possession of drug related objects and obstruction or hindering law enforcement officers. He remained in jail Tuesday morning.
