I was looking through some old photos recently and I came across some of me in high school and some others of me when I was in the military.
When you see yourself every day, you often don’t realize the drastic changes your body goes through as time goes on. Sure you know you have put on a few pounds, that is obvious. However, when you see it in black and white, a new picture next to an older one … reality sinks in, I have become a fatty.
In the business that I am in, a lot of what I do is sitting, driving, and typing. As a reporter, there is not a lot of physical activity.
