The man believed responsible for an armed robbery at a Wal Mart in Acworth and an attempted hold up at the Target in Cartersville two days apart in April of this year has died in a Texas jail. His death is still under investigation.

Several people traveling north on Hwy 27 Monday morning in Armuchee noticed a large convoy traveling into Chattooga County with Tactical Squad written on the Vehicles.
According to Rome Floyd 911, the Convoy was from the Georgia State Patrol but a call to the State Patrol found out they were actually Department of Corrections vehicles.
