The addition to the Hawthorn Suites Hotel complex downtown may be tied directly to a new parking deck on the river.
Rome City manager John Bennett, says that developers want to tie levels of the hotel to levels of the 381 space deck.

Rome and Floyd Co. leaders have settled on the details of the deal to develop a 380 space parking deck on the downtown side of the Oostanaula.
